HOW MANY ROOMS ARE THERE IN THE HOTEL?

The hotel has a total of 29 rooms spread over 2 buildings: one building with 25 rooms over 5 floors, and a second building has 3 rooms overlooking the ground floor patio and one Junior suite on the first floor. Access to the second building is via the patio.

The hotel offers 6 room categories: 7 classic rooms with shower, 14 classic rooms with bathtub, 7 superior rooms with bathtub, 1 Junior suite with shower, 4 connecting rooms with shower and bathtub, 3 adjacent rooms with bathtub.

IS THE NEIGHBOURHOOD LIVELY?

The Rue du Bac is a shopping street during the day that slips back into peace and quiet in the evening; you’ll find ready-to-wear clothes shops, restaurants, bars, chocolatiers, jewellery shops, takeaways, a small convenience store, and food shops not forgetting Le Bon Marché department store, and The Conran Shop.

In the vicinity of the hotel, there are many restaurants (brasseries, bistros, gastronomic restaurants, and a pizzeria) that are enjoyed by Parisians and visitors to the capital alike. The neighbourhood is lively during the week, even more so on Saturdays, and a little quieter on Sundays.

IS THE HOTEL LOCATED IN A SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD?

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the evening. Police rounds are frequent. At the hotel, a 24-hour presence is ensured and the hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A CAR PARK?

There is no car park at the hotel. For a more carefree stay, we recommend you park your car in one of the two private car parks near the hotel:

IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL? IS IT FREE?

Wi-Fi connexion is available free of charge throughout the hotel (rooms and public areas). For guests who have not brought their personal computer, we can lend a tablet. There’s also an Internet point in the lobby so guests can go online. Our reception staff is available to help you scan and print your documents.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAVEL COTS AND OTHER BABY EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we provide free of charge and on request, a cot in the superior rooms or the junior suite. We also offer a high chair, a stroller, a changing mat, a bottle warmer. Meal snacks can be reheated in the microwave.

WHAT ABOUT FAMILY OR TRIPLE ROOMS?

Triple rooms are only available with the Junior Suite or connecting rooms. A cot is only available in superior rooms or the Junior suite.

CAN I USE AND PLUG IN MY ELECTRICAL DEVICES AT THE HOTEL?

Adapters are available to purchase at the reception. Electrical voltage in France is 230 V. If any of your devices has a different voltage, we advise you to take the necessary measures.

CAN WE PRE-BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW OR IN THE PATIO?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Rooms are assigned on the day of arrival and according to availability. As the hotel is regularly full, we are not able to guarantee requests. We do, however, endeavour to ensure our clients are happy and we are committed to responding to specific requests if made in advance.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?

Although we’re really fond of our animal friends, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

IS THE HOTEL SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Unfortunately, the layout of the building does not allow the equipment to be adapted to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.

HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

Early check-in (before 3 pm) or late check-out (after 12 noon) are only possible according to availability, and therefore may not be guaranteed. If early check-in or late check-out are part of your requirements, you are advised to book the night before or the following night. Early check-in, when possible, is offered. In case of departure after 12 pm, an “early departure” fee will be applied.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL EVEN IF I AM NOT YET OR NO LONGER A CUSTOMER?

Of course, the hotel has a luggage room and everyone can leave their luggage there upon arrival or after departure. If you are away for a few days, we will also keep your luggage in deposit, while you travel out of town.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE CHECK IN?

Upon arrival, in order to guarantee the payment of hotel expenses, a valid credit card in the name of the customer must be presented, together with identity papers. If the customer does not wish to give his credit card information, he must leave a cash deposit of at least 50€.

WHAT ABOUT ROOM KEYS?

The locks on the room doors are not electronic, to keep the charm of the old one. Also, it is recommended to leave the room key at the reception before leaving the hotel.
